The New Zealand Netball Players Association is now accepting applications for a Personal Development Manager role located in Wellington. The role will work closely with the Netball Central Zone.
This is a part time contract role working approximately 8 - 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be available to begin employment February or early March 2021.
This position will work as part of the NZNPA PD Team to deliver the Personal Development Programme. The main purpose of the programme is to engage, support and empower players to drive their personal and professional development. The content of the programme will be based around the key concepts identified in the report undertaken by Ernst & Young and commissioned by Netball NZ including: Personal Identity and Planning, Playing Contract Understanding, Financial Education and Money Management, Experiential Learning, Female Health – Body and Mind Education. This will involve you working with players at an individual level, facilitating group learning and coordinating sessions with subject matter experts.
The scope of the role covers working with ANZ Premiership contracted players, ANZ Premiership training partners and as required National League players and retired players.
